Can I read or reply to direct messages through Adeli?
Yes. Adeli's messaging API lets you read the messages your connected accounts receive and reply to them, across every live network, through the same API you publish and read analytics with.
Can I send outbound or unsolicited messages through Adeli?
No. Adeli's Terms of Service state that the Service does not allow sending outbound or unsolicited messages. This is a reply-to-inbound feature — there's no cold-DM campaign or message-blast capability.
Which networks support the messaging API?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X — the same networks Adeli publishes to today, through the same API and the same connected-account pricing.
Does the messaging API cost extra?
No. Reading and replying to messages is included on every pricing tier, including the free band that covers your first connected accounts, alongside unlimited posts, scheduling, and analytics. The one exception is X, which charges per API request: Adeli passes X's API usage fees through at X's published rates.
Can I read messages on accounts I haven't connected through Adeli?
No. Message reading and replying are scoped to accounts connected through Adeli, the same way posting and analytics are.
Do I need a separate OAuth connection for the messaging API?
No. Messaging uses the same connected accounts as publishing and analytics — nothing new to authorize.
