Do this:
1. Ask me for my Adeli API key (it starts with rk_live_). If I don't have one, tell me to sign up free at https://app.tryadeli.com, connect my social accounts, and create a key at https://app.tryadeli.com/settings/api-keys. Keep the key out of chat logs, public files, and git; store it in an environment variable or the app's secret settings.
2. You can't add connectors yourself, so guide me one step at a time: Settings → Connectors → Add connectors → Custom MCP → Direct configuration. Server name "Adeli", transport HTTP, server URL https://app.tryadeli.com/mcp, and a header named Authorization with the value "Bearer " followed by my Adeli API key. Wait for me to confirm each step.
3. When I say it's saved, call list_accounts to confirm the connection works.
4. Verify: call the list_accounts tool (or GET https://app.tryadeli.com/api/v1/accounts) and show me my connected accounts. A 401 means the key is wrong or revoked.

Rules once connected:
- Always ask me before you publish, reply, send a message, delete, or disconnect anything. These act on my real accounts.
- Start with list_accounts and use its accountId values. Leave profileId out.
- For TikTok and YouTube video, pass a public HTTPS video URL, not a file upload.

Get your Adeli API key

Whether your agent sets this up or you do, you need one thing from Adeli first.

  1. Create a free Adeli account. Sign in with Google. Your first 3 connected accounts are free and no credit card is required.
  2. Connect your social accounts in the Adeli dashboard (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or X).
  3. Create an API key under Settings → API keys. It starts with rk_live_. Treat it like a password: paste it into your agent’s settings or your terminal, never into a public file or a shared chat.

Connect Manus by hand

Prefer to do it yourself? Follow these steps. They take about two minutes.

Add Adeli once under Settings → Connectors.

  1. Create an Adeli API key

    Sign in to Adeli, connect your social accounts, then go to Settings → API keys and create a key. It starts with rk_live_. Copy it somewhere safe; you'll paste it in a moment.

  2. Open Connectors

    In Manus, go to Settings → Connectors → Add connectors → Custom MCP → Add custom MCP, then choose Direct configuration. (Older versions call this Settings → Integrations → Custom MCP Servers → Add Server.)

  3. Fill in the Adeli server

    Server name: Adeli Transport: HTTP Server URL: https://app.tryadeli.com/mcp Headers: add Authorization with the value below, using your own key. Include the word Bearer, or you'll get a 401. Then click Save.

    Click Try it out, or start a new task and ask Manus to list your Adeli accounts. Make sure the Adeli connector is switched on for the task.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does Manus keep my key?

In the connector's settings in your Manus account. To revoke access, delete the key in Adeli under Settings → API keys. That takes effect immediately.

Can Manus post videos?

Yes, if the video is at a public HTTPS URL. MCP tools take a video URL rather than a file upload, which works well for a Manus task that has produced or found the file.
