Register a URL for a profile's events. The response holds the signing secret, the only time it is shown: store it, and use it to verify every delivery.

Body

profileIduuidRequired: The profile whose accounts' events to send.
urlstringRequired: An https URL, or http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 for local development. No credentials or fragment.
eventsstring[]Required: One or more of comment.created and message.postback.

Returns 201 with { webhook, secret }.

Errors — 401 unauthorized, 400 invalid_request, 404 profile_not_found.
